As a Property and casualty insurance agent, you help serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients.

You help sell general insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices.

You promote and sell property and casualty coverage to individual clients.

You analyze member/client needs and use your persuasive skills to help them choose the right coverage.

You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures.

You help develop and maintain business relationships, analyze member/client needs and develop custom solutions.
