Manufacturing Engineering Technician

This role is responsible for the assembly of metal-based modular work bench/material storage systems for use on the manufacturing floor work centers.

This position will report to the Engineering Tech Supervisor.

Read, interpret and follow basic diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other instructions or procedures to accurately assemble metal-based modular work bench/material storage system equipment.

Use multiple measuring devices such as scales, feeler gauges, rulers, micrometers, calipers tee square, machinist square and tape measure to accurately and precisely perform work.

Mount electrical components including lights, switches, motors, relays, contactors, terminals, Input/Output devices as required for desired work bench operation.

Drilling, tapping, punching, mounting and installing modular components per drawings or instructions.
