Supervisor, passengers services (Temporary 4 months)

Minimum of 7 to 9 years pertinent experience in passenger services with at least 3 years in a leadership role;

Extensive experience with above and below the wing operations;

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ground operations and ensuring that they meet Air Transat's high standards and safety requirements.

Ensure compliance with Air Transat's airport policies and procedures regarding the treatment of passengers, both in terms of check-in and boarding by assisting and supervising the handler's teams

Communicate the guidelines to the airport's business partners;

As required, attend operational meetings and follow up on service level agreements (SLAs) with our suppliers

Conduct station inspections in accordance with company programs, identify corrective actions and ensure their implementation;

Provide coaching and mentoring to operational teams, both those of Air Transat and the various service providers
