To join our team:
You have a bachelor’s degree in administration (with HR focus) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment-related role;
You are bilingual (French and English), both oral and written (mandatory);
You have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written);
You are able to exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality;

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will work closely with the local HR team and may also be called upon to support national initiatives. You will be responsible for the onboarding process of new employees and will act as support to the Human Resources team on various projects.
What you’re responsible for:
Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including managing the process from offer acceptance through to the creation of the employee profile in our HRIS system, as well as facilitating the presentation on the first day of onboarding.
Creating new employee profiles in various HR systems (Dayforce and AIM Campus);
Generating reports for various HR indicators (recruitment, turnover rate, compensation, etc.);
Participating in employee file documentation related to HR processes such as employee movements, disciplinary actions, and more;
