Responsibilities

Develop and implement event programs that align with our go-to-market strategy and provide a best-in-class attendee experience

Collaborate with cross-functional and regional sales enablement teams (AMS, EMEA, APJ) to ensure cohesive global messaging while maintaining local market relevance

Lead and mentor a matrixed team of event professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration

Oversee multi-million dollar event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality execution

Leverage data and analytics to measure event success, calculate ROI, and inform future global strategies
