Responsibilities
We're looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to help keep our recruiting systems running smoothly, build new tools, support our team with data and reporting, and drive operational projects forward. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers across the firm, serving as a key point of contact for day-to-day recruiting operations needs.
Additional responsibilities of this role will include:
Serving as a first responder for recruiting tools and systems, fielding questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as needed
Monitoring and maintaining automated jobs, reports, and data flows, and overseeing recurring processes like reimbursements and referral tracking
Documenting workflows and processes and keeping documentation current as things change
Keeping Jira tickets organized and moving, triaging incoming requests, following up on open items, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
