Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build and train a high-performing team of retail associates.

Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide your team with the tools and resources to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Proactively interact with guests, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.

Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed to ensure seamless service.

Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, ensuring high levels of guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence.

Maintain effective communication with the Guest Experience Manager regarding ordering and inventory needs.
