Responsibilities

The Patient Coordinator is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow and coordination within our practice.

This role involves direct patient interaction, administrative support, and collaboration with clinical staff to deliver excellent patient care and service.

Maintain and update patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Coordinate referrals, diagnostic tests, and follow-up appointments.

Verify patient insurance information and manage prior authorization processes.

Handle billing and payment processes, including collection of co-pays and outstanding balances.
