Requirements
Has 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Demonstrates strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
Has hands-on experience with modern BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Possesses a solid foundation in statistics and data science methodologies, including regression analysis and ML fundamentals
Can translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Has experience in digital marketing analytics, media measurement, or performance marketing (preferred)
Responsibilities
As a Manager, Data Analytics & Strategy at Brainlabs, you will lead complex data projects that bridge analytics execution and strategic consulting.
You'll scope and manage multi-workstream initiatives, design measurement frameworks, and deliver actionable insights that shape client business outcomes.
This role requires equal parts technical depth and strategic vision—you'll mentor team members, design end-to-end data solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on their data maturity journey.
Independently deliver exploratory and diagnostic analyses with clear acceptance criteria, applying peer-reviewed analytical methods
Own dashboard and reporting development in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, creating concise narratives and compelling visualizations that prompt business decisions
Lead development and delivery of high-impact client-facing analysis deliverables that contribute to scaling media or elevate our status as a strategic partner
