Responsibilities
As the Guest Experience Manager, you\u2019ll play a key role in leading our Front of House (FOH) team and ensuring smooth, 24/7 retail operations.
You\u2019ll collaborate with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team that delivers top-tier service.
Your success will be measured by sales growth, customer feedback, brand standard adherence, and profitability metrics like inventory control, labor, and expense management.
Manage product orders to drive sales and prevent loss or pilferage.
Ensure a clean, safe facility and maintain high guest engagement.
