Responsibilities
Shape Digital Strategy – Partner with leadership to define the digital roadmap across ecommerce, retail media, and emerging platforms.
Drive Execution – Break down big ideas into actionable workstreams with clear deliverables, timelines, and accountability.
Lead Cross-Functional Alignment – Work across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure strategies are integrated and scalable.
Optimize Performance – Develop systems, tools, and processes to measure digital performance, uncover insights, and guide data-driven decisions.
Mentor & Develop Talent – Coach junior team members and cross-functional partners, helping them grow their digital knowledge and leadership skills.
