Responsibilities
Vector Media is searching for an Assistant Operations Manager in
New York to join
our Operations Team. The Assistant Operations Manager will report to the National Operations Manager.
This position assists in managing the day-to-day operations of our out-of-home advertising programs
, including double-decker buses, coach buses, private transport, and specialty vehicle advertising programs across our national footprint. Primary responsibilities include supervising operations personnel and subcontractors, coordinating and scheduling the installation, removal, and maintenance of advertising copy and fixtures, as well as receiving, checking in, and storing materials. This position will work closely with our sales and operations teams, our external vendors and partners and on occasion directly with our clients. This position works our normal office hours (M-F) and will require occasional night, or weekend work as needed. This role includes regular travel in the NYC metro area and semi-regular travel to other markets in the US.
