Commercial Manager

Manage the project commercial reporting process, ensuring that reliable and accurate information is provided for all necessary project stakeholders.

Previous experience of a lead commercial role, preferably in the data centre sector or on a major scale.

Understanding of the construction project lifecycle of a data centre or major project.

BSc degree in Quantity Surveying

Working for an Owner/Developer you will be able to create and lead the E2E commercial project strategy and execute the project commercial governance coordinating both internal teams and external vendors as required to deliver the build to budget.

This role is suited to an individual driven by high standards, someone who has a proven record in taking data centers and/or major projects through the full project lifecycle. In addition, you will be able to show understanding and capability of resolving complex issues and have excellent negotiating skills.

To proactively set industry leading standards and culture for all assigned projects and to take appropriate action where necessary.

You will build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with your team, our vendors and our clients.

Working in a fast moving industry you will have to be able to deal with constantly evolving client demands.

You will be expected to ensure the project teams are using commercial best practice to protect the business interests and ensure accurate forecasting.
