You're comfortable in fast-moving, emotionally complex situations and can shift easily between a hospital hallway and a family consultation

You're coming from community health outreach, behavioral health sales, or a patient-facing role in a hospital or treatment setting, and you're ready to own a market

We pay competitively. Base salary reflects role, level, and geography. Total compensation includes valuable equity, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and programs built around employee well-being. We’ll share specifics during the interview process.

Base salary for this full-time role ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 per year. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications, degrees, licensures, and specific work location.

We’re actively expanding in the New York City market and seeking a dedicated

Community Liaison

to support this growth. In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, advocate for our innovative care model, and champion Amae’s mission to deliver compassionate, comprehensive mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness.

You’ll be deeply embedded in the community, conducting outreach to local and regional partners, including healthcare providers, hospitals, community agencies, correctional facilities, treatment centers, and other referral sources, to promote Amae’s integrated care model and develop sustainable partnerships.

As an ambassador for Amae Health, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing tasks like engaging hospital systems and providers, coordinating complex care transitions, responding to urgent referrals, visiting emergency departments, and tracking key details to ensure seamless patient experiences. Your success will come from blending strategic relationship-building with hands-on coordination and problem-solving to strengthen Amae’s community presence.
