Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as an IT Technician, preferably in an MSP environment.

Solid background in dealing with escalated technical requests and providing escalated support.

Strong familiarity with server administration, including DNS management.

Proven experience with Intune and Azure, demonstrating expertise in managing cloud-based solutions.

Ability to prioritize and handle critical client technical matters with a sense of urgency.

Excellent troubleshooting instincts and the ability to identify and resolve network and server issues.

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our dedicated team with the incredible opportunity for growth. This will be an onsite position at a client located in the Woodbridge NJ, area.

Handle escalated technical requests that other technicians were unable to resolve, ensuring prompt and effective solutions for clients.

Demonstrate proficiency in server administration, including DNS management, ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of clients' server infrastructure.

Utilize your experience with AVD, Intune and Azure to effectively manage and maintain clients' cloud-based solutions, ensuring proper integration and security.

Possess a sense of urgency when dealing with critical client technical matters, prioritizing and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
