Maintenance Scheduler II

3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, job plan development, work order management, maintenance coordination, maintenance scheduling, or related industrial maintenance activities.

Experience developing maintenance work packages, task lists, material requirements, labor estimates, equipment needs, and execution plans.

Experience identifying parts, materials, tools, equipment, permits, contractor support, and vendor services required for maintenance execution.

Experience supporting maintenance operations within pipeline, terminal, storage, plant, utility, manufacturing, petrochemical, or oil and gas environments.

Experience using SAP, Maximo, Oracle, Hexagon, or other maintenance management systems to plan, document, and manage maintenance work.

Experience using CMMS data, equipment history, technician feedback, and reliability input to improve job plans and maintenance effectiveness.
