Responsibilities

Multi-disciplined senior network engineer with experience maintaining and fixing wired, wireless, and mobile broadband solutions in response to network faults, errors, incidents, and problems.

Provides touch labor for all network devices.

Oversees monitoring of network assets per SLAs.

Performs break/fix and maintenance activities.

Deals with more complex network issues, requiring a deeper understanding of the support IT infrastructure.

Monitors network dashboards, analyzing problems, troubleshooting escalated incidents, coordinating, and reporting all operational information concerning the enterprise network infrastructure.
