Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering

15+ years commercial HVAC equipment related experience in system design, application, product management, and field sales

2+ years of leading teams and influencing cross-functional partners to achieve goals

Demonstrates the maturity and judgement to effectively prioritize tasks and deadlines

Ability to travel 20% within North America

The Modification Center Director serves as the entrepreneurial P&L leader for the commercial unitary modifications business in Norman, OK, overseeing product design, sales, ordering, execution, and shipping. Responsible for developing and delivering growth strategies for the business and supporting the success of individual team members.

Develop and execute business plans that enhance customer and employee satisfaction.

Manage forecasting, reporting, and financial performance for the product family.

Partner with factories and suppliers on product performance updates.
