Requirements

5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Manager, with at least 2 years in a "Department of One" or similar sole-practitioner role.

Responsibilities

The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Deliver exemplary customer service to client families through in-person interactions, telephone communication, and email correspondence.

Provide support to managerial staff as needed.
