We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Director of Strategic Accounts to join our team. As a key member, you will establish and manage outstanding connections with our customers, driving growth and ensuring seamless implementation. You will work closely with the VP of Strategic Account Management (SAM) to develop our customer engagement strategies. This position calls for a proven history in planning, customer partnerships, and project implementation. Your talent in applying data-driven choices and industry knowledge will be pivotal in attaining our ambitious growth aims. You will advocate for the customer perspective, ensuring the delivery of top-notch solutions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field required. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience: 8+ years in SAM, sales, or business development in an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated success in managing complex B2B relationships and closing multimillion-dollar opportunities.

Solid business insight and grasp of market dynamics in sectors like aerospace & defense, energy systems, medical, advanced automation, and clean tech.
