Compensation & Benefits
RRD's current salary range for this role is $156,700 to $250,700 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Responsibilities
Provides leadership and support to assigned location(s), team(s), and employees.
Monitor progress and create action plans as necessary in order to achieve strategic plans, budgets, and corporate goals.
Relied upon to lead by example, maintain a positive employee relations environment, and to administer and enforce all company policies fairly and consistently.
Lead plant(s) to improved safety, quality, productivity and reduction of waste on a consistent and continual basis in each and every process.
P&L responsibility for assigned location(s), including the preparation and management of capital and operational budgets.
Provide guidance and direction to department managers regarding the continual improvement of operations for which they have ownership.
