Responsibilities
Structural Integrity Leadership & Engineering Authority
Act as the engineering decision authority for structural integrity, including interpretation of inspection results, non‑conformance disposition, fitness‑for‑service evaluations, and repair recommendations.
Ensure structural assets are maintained in a safe‑to‑operate condition in alignment with Mosaic’s risk management framework and tolerance criteria.
Provide authoritative technical guidance to site leadership on asset conditions, risk exposure, and mitigation strategies.
Risk‑Based Inspection & Program Ownership
Own and govern the structural Risk Based Inspection (RBI) program for Saskatchewan sites, ensuring inspection strategies, frequencies, and methodologies are appropriate for asset criticality, deterioration mechanisms, and operational risk.
