Secure necessary authorizations to obtain medical records efficiently.

Draft and refine discovery requests and responses; review, analyze, and organize document production requests from opposing parties and co-defendants.

Prepare trial exhibits, summarize medical records and deposition transcripts, and support all aspects of trial preparation.

Identify, compile, and structure relevant materials for expert witness review.

Develop comprehensive chronologies of key case documents.

Oversee document management, maintain organized case files, and ensure seamless case progression.
