Responsibilities

We’re looking for a commercially strong, growth-minded Customer Account Manager (CAM) to join our Mid-Market NOAM team.

In this role, you will own a portfolio of accounts in the $20K–$200K ACV range and be accountable for driving renewals, expansion, rightsizing, and vendor consolidation.

You’ll translate Iterable’s AI-powered, cross-channel capabilities into measurable customer value, ensuring every account is maximizing its investment in the platform.

Success in this role requires a disciplined sales approach, strong forecasting rigor, and the ability to multi-thread across modern B2C marketing organizations - including global brands with multiple regions, units, or stakeholders.

You’ll lead commercial conversations end-to-end: negotiation, pricing proposals, pipeline management, and expansion planning.

Working closely with Customer Success, you’ll uncover new use cases, new channels, and new product opportunities to systematically grow your book of business.
