Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications

Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and driving effective solutions

Lead and support small to mid-sized projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables

Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and function as expected

Collaborate with developers and other analysts to refine solutions and ensure successful implementation

Train end users and create documentation to support system adoption and ongoing use
