Requirements
3-5 years’ experience managing a team.
Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers’ compensation, compliance, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of general HR practices, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
Strong leadership qualities with both managers and employees, promoting excellence in team collaboration and individual growth.
Proven consultative capabilities which have effectively influenced or enabled solutions to deliver business results.
Demonstrated analytical thinker who uses data effectively to inform recommendations and drive impactful Talent campaigns and initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $118,750 to $131,250 .
The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull’s bonus plan.

Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Leadership and Business Partnership
Drive the people component of the business strategy by translating strategic and operational goals into Talent business objectives as well as providing strategic advice, counsel, and consultative solutions that enable alignment and growth.
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, and culture initiatives.
Partner with senior leaders, the distribution leadership team, and managers to cultivate high-performance culture and develop top talent within Red Bull Canada Distribution Organization
Lead and develop the Talent Business Specialist through clear and effective goal setting/attainment, motivating, coaching, and providing timely feedback.
Ensure HR Operational excellence in all pillars of HR and drive consistency and scalability of practices throughout all locations.
About the Company
Human Resource Business Partner, internally known as the
Talent Business Partner (TBP)
, reports to the Head of HR and is responsible for developing and aligning on strategic people priorities for Red Bull Canada’s Distribution Organization. In this role, you are tasked with ensuring alignment between regional business operations and HR practices and objectives. As a Talent subject matter expert, the TBP provides consulting and coaching to direct reports, departmental leaders, and managers in order to support the business’s vision, mission, and overall objectives. They will provide strategic counsel and consultative partnership to drive growth while ensuring outstanding performance across their respective region. By partnering with Talent Senior Leaders, the TBP’s goal is to maximize engagement, retention, and performance, while translating the strategic vision of leadership into reality for all employees. The TBP will lead with an end-to-end talent management mindset and work to continually create connection and consistency between their client group and Talent.
