Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within a software consultancy, fintech, or professional services firm.

Demonstrated success recruiting for software engineering, UX/product design, or technology consulting roles.

Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse; comfortable managing complex, multi-stage pipelines.

Responsibilities

You will own full cycle recruiting for technical and consulting positions from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and consulting roles: software engineers, UX/UI designers, and Delivery Leads (product managers and fintech consultants).

Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies.

Manage high-volume, multi-stage pipelines with precision, keeping candidates and hiring managers informed throughout.

Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles in financial services technology.

Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source quality) and use data to continuously improve processes.
