Basic Qualifications:

BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent technical experience

5+ years of hands-on technical management experience

7+ years industry experience in software design, development, and algorithm related solutions.

5+ years experience in large-scale system design and software development

3+ years experience leading developer productivity and quality automation efforts

We're looking for a Senior Manager of Quality Engineering to lead a charter at the intersection of platform-building and developer productivity. This isn't just a testing role, it's about reimagining how quality is woven into the fabric of the engineering lifecycle itself.

You'll build and scale the tools, frameworks, and automation platforms that empower hundreds of engineers to catch issues earlier, ship with greater confidence, and spend less time debugging and more time creating. You will manage the performance and career development of a team of engineers, and own significant parts of LinkedIn products that require design, architecture, and coding.
