Project Lead - Automotive

Senior Industry Tenure:

8–10+ years of experience in automotive project management, specifically within R&D or complex software/systems development.

OEM Management:

Proven track record as the

central pivot

managing high-stakes interfaces with major Automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.

You will function as the central pivot of our engineering ecosystem. You are responsible for navigating the high-stakes intersection of OEM requirements, technical feasibility, and rigorous delivery timelines. You will go beyond mere coordination, providing the architectural and methodological leadership necessary to deliver safety-critical automotive systems.

Strategic Stakeholder Alignment:

Serve as the primary, high-level interface with the

OEM Product Owner

. You will manage complex negotiations regarding scope, roadmap prioritization, and feature trade-offs, ensuring that the technical vision aligns with the client’s commercial milestones.
