Responsibilities

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a

6-month contract

to support full cycle recruitment for our Credit Ratings business. This role is ideal for a recruiter with financial services or capital markets experience who brings a data-driven approach, strong stakeholder partnership, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

This role is execution focused, hands-on, and ideal for someone who understands financial services talent and enjoys driving the recruiting process from end to end. This position is based in our New York office (hybrid, 4 days onsite).

Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior and mid-level roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
