Our channel has over 22 million subscribers, tens of millions of views per episode, and is still growing strong. Our studio is filled with incredibly talented and passionate artists determined to change the way animation is produced and treated in the industry. Job Information

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to run the day to day production of our marketing team, managing schedules and project managing the creation of marketing assets like videos, photos, animations, 3D renders, graphics, and admats. This role will also plan campaign schedules ahead of time, including photoshoots, creative ideation, and banners.

Alongside this, the role will focus on improving the systems and workflows that keep marketing production running efficiently as the team scales. The ideal candidate is equal parts hands-on production manager and systems thinker, someone who can keep a busy team of artists on track day to day while building a scalable operational system behind the scenes. We are currently using Asana for all of our project management and tracking but are looking to move to Airtable.
