Proven experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role, specifically with UKG (Kronos Workforce Central, UKG Pro, or related UKG products).

Proficiency in data analytics reporting tools, and HR metrics.

Experience with SQL or other query language.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the HRIS system, including configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting.

Develop and generate accurate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.

Serve as a primary point of contact for HR data processing and personnel actions, assisting HR staff in the accurate and timely submission of employee information.

Review HR paperwork for completeness and prepare for processing in accordance with company policies.

Enter and update employee job data in HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with payroll deadlines.

Process personnel data changes promptly and accurately, aligning with company policies and payroll schedules.
