Responsibilities
The People Operations Specialist is responsible for executing high-volume, transactional HR services across the employee lifecycle with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
This role supports one or more functional areas such as onboarding, HR data management, leave of absence administration, compliance, or employee lifecycle transactions.
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the Specialist ensures standardized processes are followed, HR data integrity is maintained, and service levels are consistently achieved.
This role serves as a key operational contributor within HR Shared Services, partnering with the HR Contact Center, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver seamless, end-to-end service execution and a high-quality employee experience.
