Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
AAS Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance with 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Proven skills in repairing and maintaining electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Proficiency in using hand tools, micrometers, calipers, multi-meters, and other test equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of production machinery through maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high-quality standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall production efficiency.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on production machines to ensure smooth operation.
Identify potential breakdowns and replace or adjust machine parts as needed.
Implement machine improvements to enhance quality, increase production levels, and reduce breakdowns.
Maintain a high level of machinery availability to support production goals.
