Corporate & Securities Counsel

2 to 3 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm, ideally with a background in securities laws, public company disclosure, corporate governance and / or M&A.

Experience working with the Israel Companies Law is helpful but not required.

Fintech and/or SaaS experience is helpful but not required.

Reporting to the Director, Legal, you will be a key member of the corporate legal function—owning critical workstreams across SEC reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Work closely as part of a cross-functional team on Exchange Act filings and other public disclosure documents, including preparation of earnings releases, 10-Ks / 20-Fs, 10-Qs, 8-Ks / 6-Ks, Proxy Statements, Section 16 Filings and other SEC-related documents.

Assist with planning and preparation for board and committee meetings, and annual shareholder meetings.
