Prior experience in developing and implementing individual programs.
Must have good decision-making, time management, and communication skills, and be responsible and flexible.
Be experienced in providing person-centered supports to people who experience developmental disabilities and autism.
Have supervisory experience.
Have prior experience in developing and implementing ISPs, budget implementation and in supervising others.

We are seeking an energetic leader to fill a full-time Program Director position in the Las Vegas area. The Program Director focuses on achieving quality outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervising, training, and evaluating direct support professionals
Managing program budgets
Responsible for staff scheduling
Creating and implementing Individual Support Plans

What we offer:
Salary: $51,600
(Full wage scale $51,600 - $57,514.46 based on length of employment in the position)
Schedule:
Full-Time position Monday - Friday, with on call hours
