Senior Manager, Program Management

Experience in technical product environments (SaaS, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or similar).

Strong business and technical acumen.

Experience influencing in matrixed organizations.

Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools.

Experience with AI-driven, data-intensive, or cybersecurity products.

Experience developing and driving programs to support a Channel organization

As Senior Manager, Program Management, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that are critical to Vectra AI’s product innovation and business strategy in the cybersecurity and AI space.

You will partner closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across highly technical, fast-moving initiatives.

This role is ideal for a program leader who thrives in environments involving advanced technology, data-driven products, and evolving security landscapes.

You will own program execution from early planning through launch and post-launch optimization, while continuously improving visibility, predictability, and outcomes across the program portfolio.
