Engineering Manager

Significant experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience leading teams developing for Windows, Linux and macOS platforms.

Familiarity with the team´s technical stack, including: C#, C/C++, Powershell, Angular, Swift.

Understanding of Cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps environments such as: Azure, SQL Server, GitLan/GitHub, Jenkins and GitLab CI.

Knowledge of distributed systems, API-centric architecture, test automation, and secure development practices.

Drives technical excellence, supports team development, and ensures successful execution of engineering tasks.

Build, lead, and support a high-performing team of engineers.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to help engineers grow in their roles.

Ensure that engineering work aligns with technical and business requirements.

Collaborate with product managers and other teams to drive product development.

Implement and maintain engineering processes and best practices.
