You'll be responsible for drafting preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.

Dive into project survey data to assess existing site conditions, considering various factors, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.

Comprehensive Reporting:

Prepare a variety of reports, opinions, and recommendations crucial for project direction.
