Leadership & Experience:
4+ years of professional leadership combined work experience in DevOps, SRE, System Administration, or similar roles is required to be successful in this role.
Product Mindset:
Proven ability to define and leverage platform usage metrics and developer satisfaction, to understand and direct adoption and scaling of the platform as an internal product.

Platform Product Ownership & Strategy:
Define the platform's long-term roadmap and prioritize the backlog by acting as a Platform Product Owner to align team efforts with broader organizational needs, drive developer velocity, and deliver maximum impact amid evolving business needs.
Organizational Enablement:
Act as a sponsor and champion for the platform, collaborating with executive and stakeholder teams (operations, security, compliance, engineering, and architecture) to prioritize high-level goals and ensure the platform can accommodate their guidance.
Team Leadership & Empowerment:
