Analytical Scientist – GCMS / Dissolution

2+ years of relevant laboratory experience

Experience using GCMS instrumentation

Experience using Dissolution and/or HPLC, UPLC laboratory instrumentation

Understanding of production laboratory operations

Position is full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00-5:00 pm.

May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.

Carry out dissolution and HPLC/UPLC methods.  Carry out GCMS methods.

Perform daily laboratory duties to include preparing samples, performing analysis, calculating data, recording/reporting data, performing general housekeeping in alignment with 5S standards, and performing other duties as assigned.

Meet all quality and productivity metrics

Perform instrument calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, recognize errors, identify root causes, and maintain excellent working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation.

Apply the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility; maintain ISO 17025 quality standards and accreditation for the laboratory.

Review data, data notebooks, logbooks, and reports to ensure highest quality
