Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to match the needs of the team.

Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews via phone.

Conduct talent/skills, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments and advise the business accordingly.

Develop hiring leader relationships and a strong understanding of the Operations team(s) business and gaps, and advise on effective hiring strategies.

The Recruiter within our Operations Talent team provides professional recruitment services, to ensure our operations department(s) meets all staffing needs, and that all candidates and prospective employees have the best possible hiring experience! As a Recruiter for one or more of our Operations teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Inspection/Reconditioning Centers, Market Operations, ADESA Auctions), you’ll perform the full-cycle 360 recruitment process for various sites across the country - focusing mostly on filling skilled-level positions. Developing strong business relationships with your stakeholders and understanding their hiring needs is key. You’ll see your insights and efforts have an immediate, tangible impact every day in an exciting and unique company.
