Retail Manager- HERO (Contract Role, Fulltime)

3–5+ years of retail management or retail operations experience.

Strong experience with inventory management and inventory control systems.

Experience managing shipping, receiving, and retail logistics.

Experience using POS and inventory management platforms.

High-volume retail operations.

Seasonal retail planning and execution.

$8,500-$10,000/month based on relevant experience

The Retail Manager will own the operational health of HERO's retail business, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient stock movement, timely receiving and replenishment, and seamless day-to-day retail operations.

Working closely with Operations, Finance, and Guest Experience teams, this individual will establish and maintain best practices for inventory management while leading retail staff during operating hours.

We are seeking a highly organized Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day retail operations during our busiest operating season.

This is a hands-on operational role with a strong emphasis on back-of-house retail management, inventory control, fulfillment, and logistics while also ensuring an exceptional guest shopping experience.
