Requirements

2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, operations coordinator, office manager, founder support, administrative assistant or similar role

Experience supporting senior leaders, managing competing priorities, and keeping day-to-day operations organized in a fast-paced environment

Ability to take on new opportunities and challenges, with a passion for personal development

Responsibilities

Executing key business action items, including crafting emails, proofreading and writing applications, taking meeting notes, preparing presentation and other business materials, conducting business research, and following up with customers, partners, vendors or employees

Provide business and personal support to executives with the goal of maximizing our focus, energy, and effectiveness, including through errands, logistics, and other practical support.

Ensure the office is well managed on all fronts, from bookkeeping support, to office tidiness, document management, shipping and receiving, inventory management, vendor coordination, snacks and supplies, to technology account access

Help create a positive, welcoming experience for guests, partners, investors, and team members visiting our office
