Responsibilities
HR & Payroll Administrative Assistant
Payroll and HR Administrative Assistant
provides essential support to the Payroll and HR teams by assisting with essential payroll duties, assisting with LOA (Leave of Absence) tracking, new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist with terminations and status changes as needed, owning administrative pieces in the HRIS
Respond to team member payroll inquiries
Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
