Work Environment & Physical Demands

•    Ability to be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of time

•    Regularly work in adverse conditions and requiring the use of protective apparel/equipment to prevent exposure to the elements as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces

•    Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

The Club Coordinator is responsible for managing all administrative functions for the Club, including member communications, event scheduling, and benefit program oversight.

This role supports the day-to-day operations by maintaining accurate records, coordinating internal processes, and acting as a key point of contact for members.

The Club Coordinator also provides support for food and beverage operations, events, and bartending duties as needed.

Ensure familiarity and compliance with all Club rules, regulations, and procedures

Maintain an organized and professional office environment, including ordering supplies and managing collateral
