Loadout Supervisor

Intermediate Excel knowledge; VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Table, Filters, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting

Strong demonstrated communication, time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Collaborates effectively with executive level individuals and organization in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment to deliver an exceptional customer and hauler experience

Ability to manage shift work personnel and plan a dynamic work schedule

Ensure safe and efficient movement of trucks at loading facilities

Knowledge of TxDOT weight regulations

Ensure all loads are within the legal limit

Responsible for creating, maintaining, and measuring compliance of Loadout Department rules and processes
