Program Coordinator – Cancer Prevention (Breast & Cervical Cancer Program)

2–5 years of experience in medical assisting, case management, patient navigation, public health programs, or clinic operations.

Familiarity with electronic health records and data tracking systems preferred.

Conduct patient intake, eligibility screening, and navigation for breast and cervical cancer screening services.

Schedule screening appointments and coordinate diagnostic follow-up care.

Provide patient education on screening procedures, diagnostics, and available program services.

Perform outreach, recalls, and follow-ups to ensure timely care and continuity.

Collaborate with the Medical Case Manager to review results, determine next steps, and ensure appropriate documentation.

Coordinate care with providers, imaging centers, and specialty offices.
