High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification preferred.
1-year experience in social or recreational programming.
1-year experience working with senior adults.
Appropriate licensure to drive community bus.
Ability to work with all residents and families to evaluate residents’ needs.

Responsibilities
**Position Summary**
Under the guidance of the Executive Director (ED), you'll plan, coordinate, supervise, and manage the Life Enrichment (LE) Department—bringing joy and purpose to the lives of our community members! You'll identify the therapeutic and recreational needs of individuals and create vibrant programs that make a real difference. As a key member of the Leadership team, you'll also guide and develop assigned staff through hiring, scheduling, performance management, and training. You'll champion the LE budget and embrace manager-on-duty responsibilities, including weekends.

**Build Bridges:** Collaborate across departments through ongoing communication and teamwork to ensure seamless program integration.
**Champion Compliance:** Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met with excellence and attention to detail.
