Fulfillment Supervisor

The Zipline Operations team is looking for a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to support our fulfillment operations in the greater Dallas - Fort Worth areas and the ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and experienced individual that excels in fast-paced, physical environments, and is excited to roll up their sleeves.

In this role, own the day-to-day fulfillment operations of 3-5 Walmart Supercenters, ensuring the site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely.

You will be responsible for ensuring your locations meet performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve our operating processes.

Lead a high-performing team of Fulfillment Operators across multiple sites.

You’ll partner with Flight and Customer Operations to effectively support daily tasks and ensure high performance of your team.

You will own the day-to-day operations of one of our fulfillment operations, ensuring the site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely.

You will be responsible for ensuring your site meets performance metric goals.

Ensure your teams are providing our customers with the best possible experience on each and every order.

You will be responsible for maintaining key quality metrics including order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
